You bring up a good point because I already have a TV everywhere in my home including my bathroom and since Americans have more TV’s per household than any other country I don’t think this feature for the iPad is very useful. I’ve had my Sling adapter with my DISH Network employee service for over a year now and although I don’t watch live TV all the time I really like the fact that if my DVR is full and I want to watch TV I don’t have to delete anything (unlike the Nomad). In fact, since my wife doesn’t watch her shows fast enough that is likely to happen more often than not. I watch on my phone which doesn’t have enough memory to hold that many shows anyway and I don’t have time to download everything after waiting for it to convert like the Nomad requires.

This leader board stuff will benefit Starbucks more than Rovio. But still, it’s a good move on their part because it will encourage Starbucks customers who haven’t tried the game to play Angry Birds. Starbucks should also give prizes to the leaderboard leaders to encourage them to play the game on the coffee shop.

So far Meexo sounds like an interesting twist to the online dating concept. While most dating apps are identical versions to their online counterparts, this startup is trying to set itself apart. It does have a few parts where the dating experience can be a bit awkward, but it would nevertheless be interesting to see how people interact with the app as time goes by. read this article about how online dating has become a big business and how meexo contributes to it http://radiomobiletech.com/blogposts/meexo-makes-mobile-dating-more-intelligent.html

Rovio’s accomplishments for its first 20 months of existence is really unbelievable. But Rovio Executives should back up their claim with a data or study to prove it. And by the way, I hope Angry Birds will soon be released on Facebook as everyone have been waiting for this to happen. If they can defeat Farmville as the number one social game on Facebook, then there’s no doubt that they are fastest growing gaming brand.
